Mascoma River Fishing

Start at the dam that marks the outlet of Mascoma Lake. This area is great for big Mascoma River Rainbow Trout. The rest of the river is great for fly fishing, all the way down to the Packard Hill Covered Bridge in Lebanon, NH. This stretch is for fly fishing only, but you may take out your spinning rod once you get below the bridge. The water moves pretty fast down there, so be very careful!
